Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozRipe cantaloupe - peeled, seeded, (large)
  And cut into chunks
2   Pineapple juice - (6 oz ea)
1   Lime - juiced
2   Kiwis - peeled, chopped

Recipe Instructions

Combine cantaloupe, pineapple juice and lime juice in food processor and process until smooth.

Pour soup into shallow bowls or cups and top with chopped kiwi pieces. This soup may be served as a starter or as a dessert course.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
