Baby Greens With Mustard Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grainy mustard - (rounded) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 | Bag mixed baby greens - (5 to 6 oz) | |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine mustard and vinegar in the bottom of a bowl. Stream in extra-virgin olive oil, whisking dressing as oil is added.
Add greens to the bowl. Toss and turn greens with tongs to evenly coat them with dressing. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
