| 2 | Fresh ripe peaches - pitted, diced | |

| 1 | Ripe Bartlett or Anjou pear - diced | |
| 1 | Ripe strawberries - halved | |
| 2 | Kiwis - peeled, sliced | |
| 2 oz | 56g | Orange liqueur |
| = (such as Grand Marnier) | ||
| 1 | Orange or strawberry sorbet |
Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine.
To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.
