Date Shakes

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozPitted dates - coarsely chopped
1   Skim milk
2   French vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon 5mlGrated fresh nutmeg

Recipe Instructions

For each date shake, place 1/4 cup coarsely chopped pitted dates, a handful, in a blender. Add 1 cup cold skim milk and 2 big scoops of French vanilla ice cream. Grate 1/4 teaspoon of fresh nutmeg into blender and blend date shake until smooth.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
