Maple Nut Coffee Ice Cream Dessert

Recipe Ingredients

2		Coffee ice cream
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Salted mixed nuts - processed, or
		Coarsely chopped
1/2 cup	164g / 5.8oz	Medium to dark amber maple syrup - warmed
		Rolled wafer cookies - for garnish

Recipe Instructions

Top 2 scoops of coffee ice cream with chopped salted mixed nuts. Drizzle nuts and ice cream with warm maple syrup. Garnish desserts with rolled wafer cookies and serve.
