| 1 | Bag mixed baby greens - (5 oz) | |
| 6 | Red radishes - sliced | |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped fresh snap peas |
| 6 | Scallions - sliced on an angle | |
| Dressing | ||
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1 | Rounded teaspoon sugar | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Red pepper relish |

| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
| Coarse salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Combine chopped romaine, baby greens, radishes, snap peas, and scallions in a large salad bowl.
Combine vinegar, sugar and relish in a small bowl. Whisk in oil in a slow stream.
Toss salad with dressing. Season salad with salt and pepper, to your taste and serve.
This recipe yields 8 to 10 servings.
