Cucumber Watercress Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | English (European) seedless cucumber - diced | |
1 1/2 cups | 60g / 2.1oz | Watercress leaves |
= (the yield of a healthy bundle) | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | White vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Cold water |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely-chopped fresh dill |
Coarse salt - to taste |
Combine cucumbers and watercress in a large bowl. Whisk the honey, vinegar, and water together. Pour over salad and toss well to combine. Season with dill and salt and toss salad again.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
