Italian Cauliflower Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cauliflower - broken in flowerets | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Tomato juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
Heat pressure cookler. Add oil; saute garlic and cauliflowerts. Add salt and tomato juice.
Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook for exactly 2 minutes. Cool pressure cooker at once. Sprinkle parsley and cheese over top.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
