1 | Loaf Italian bread - halve | |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Ex-virgin olive oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Imported prosciutto |
4 | Plum tomatoes - slice thin | |
Fresh oregano - chop |
Drizzle bread with olive oil. Place prosciutto and tomatoes on one side of bread.
Top with oregano and 2nd half of bread. Wrap in plastic wrap. Allow to sit out for 1 hour before serving.
