1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Heavy whipping cream |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Crunchy peanut butter |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Powdered sugar - (4x) |
1 | Graham cracker crust | |
= (store-bought or premade) |
Whip cream with 1/4 cup sugar. Mix all other ingredients until smooth and fold in whipped cream until well blended.
Pour mixture into a graham cracker crust and chill for several hours before serving.
This recipe yields 1 pie.
