Grilled Asparagus With Lemon And Garlic Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Asparagus |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
2 | Garlic cloves - finely minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated lemon zest |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Paprika |
Salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Trim asparagus. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, zest and paprika and stir with a fork. Lay asparagus side by side and pierce on 2 wooden skewers to form a raft.
Place rafts on the grill and brush with oil mixture. Cook to desired tenderness and season with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
