Chocolate Almond Pie Recipe - Cooking Index

4 | Chocolate bars with almonds - - (1 1/2 oz ea) | |
= (Hershey recommended) | ||
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Heavy cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla |
1 | Graham cracker 8" pie crust |
Melt marshmallows and candy bars in milk in double boiler. Remove from heat and cool. Whip cream until stiff and fold into cooled mixture. Add vanilla.
Pour into prepared crust and chill. Good as is, or topped with whipped cream.
This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
