Bubba's Beer Biscuits Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 cups | 440g / 15oz | Biscuit mix |
| = (Bisquick recommended) | ||
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Sugar - (to 1/2) |
| 1 | Beer - (12 oz) | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter - melted |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix all ingredients well, adjusting the sugar according to how sweet a biscuit you prefer. Pour into well-greased muffin tins. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with honey butter.
This recipe yields 12 to 16 biscuits.
