Bob's Peppermint Pie Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Plain gelatin | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cold water |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Whipping cream - plus |
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Whipping cream - whipped |
8 oz | 227g | Peppermint candy - soft type |

1 | Chocolate cookie crust |
Soften gelatin in water, set aside.
Put half cup whipping cream in small saucepan with candy and cook over low heat until candy melts. Add gelatin, mix well. Let cool and fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Chill.
This recipe yields 1 pie.
