2 | Krispy Kreme donuts | |
1 | Sweetened condensed milk - (14 oz) | |
= (not evaporated milk) | ||
2 | Fruit cocktail - (4 1/2 oz ea) - undrained | |
2 | Eggs - beaten | |
1 | Box raisins - (9 oz) | |
1 | Salt | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon - (to 2) |
Butter Rum Sauce | ||
1 | Butter | |
1 | Box confectioners' sugar - (16 oz) | |
Rum - to taste |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cube donuts into a large bowl. Pour other ingredients on top of donuts and let soak for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients together until donuts have soaked up the liquid as much as possible.
Bake for about 1 hour until center has jelled. Top with Butter Rum Sauce.
Butter Rum Sauce: Melt butter and slowly stir in confectioners' sugar. Add rum and heat until bubbly. Pour over each serving of Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding.
This recipe yields 12 servings.
