1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Ricotta cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsalted butter - softened |
1 | Garlic - chopped | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Walnuts - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh parsley - chopped |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Fresh basil - -or- |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Black pepper |
4 oz | 113g | Dried pasta - cooked and drained |
Process ricotta, yogurt, butter, garlic, walnuts, milk and cheese in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in parsley, basil, pepper.
