Crab Bisque

1   Cream of asparagus soup - (10 3/4 oz)
1   Cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)
1/4 cup 59mlMilk
1/4 cup 59mlHalf-and-half
1/2 lb 227g / 8ozCrab meat - picked free of
  Shells
1/4 cup 59mlDry sherry

Recipe Instructions

Using a heavy saucepan, combine all of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with your favorite crackers.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
