Bobby's Pimento Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - (3 oz) - room temperature | |
1 cup | 237ml | Grated sharp cheddar |
1 cup | 237ml | Grated Monterey Jack |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | House Seasoning - (see recipe) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pimentos - (to 3) - smashed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated onion |
Cracked black pepper - to taste |
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add all of the remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. It can be used as a dip for crudite or as a sandwich filling.
This recipe yields 3 cups.
