Baked Ducks In Sweet And Sour Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Worcestershire sauce |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Catsup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion [grated] |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White vinegar |
Rinse the ducks and pat dry. Fill the cavities with the sliced fruit. rub them with the oil and place them in a baking dish. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl mixing well and spoon over the ducks.
Bake, tightly sealed with foil, in a 325 oven for 2 hours or until tender, then bake uncovered until browned.
