Roasted Brussels Sprouts Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Brussels sprouts - washed, trimmed, |
| And large sprouts halved | ||
| 1 | Garlic head - cleaned | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh thyme leaves |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
| Kosher salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put Brussels sprouts, whole garlic cloves, thyme, and olive oil together in a bowl. Toss to combine, and season with the salt and pepper, to taste.
Empty the bowl onto a shallow baking pan and roast until tender and edges just start to brown, about 35 minutes.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
