Pineapple Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Ripe pineapple - peeled, cored, | |
And diced small - (abt 4 cups) | ||
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Diced red pepper |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Diced onion |
1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Chopped cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh ginger |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cheryl's Hot Sauce - (see recipe) |
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
Kosher salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add more hot sauce, if you desire.
This recipe yields about 6 cups.
