Garlic Sauteed Spinach Recipe - Cooking Index
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Olive oil |
8 | Garlic cloves - sliced | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Spinach - stemmed, washed well |
Kosher salt - to taste | ||
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Heat a large skillet until it is smoking hot. Add the olive oil and the garlic immediately. Then add the spinach in batches, adding more as it wilts until all the spinach is in the pot. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. And add more olive oil, if you like.
This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
