2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Kosher salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Ground ginger |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Garlic granules |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion granules |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dry thyme |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Ground nutmeg |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cloves |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
