1 cup | 237ml | Ice |
2 oz | 56g | White rum |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Coconut cream |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Coconut shavings - for garnish |
Blend the mango, ice, rum, lime juice, coconut cream and sugar in a blender, and process until smooth. Garnish with coconut shavings.
