Recipe Ingredients

4 cups	948ml	Milk
2 cups	396g / 13oz	Sugar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking soda
		Vanilla extract

Recipe Instructions

Scald milk in heavy bottom sauce pan. Add all other ingredients, cook on medium-low until it turns into caramel, about 1 hour.

This recipe yields 1 quart.
