Salt and pepper | ||
1/8 cup | 29ml | Olive oil |
1 | Cayenne pepper | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1 | Tamatoes - with juice | |
20 | Garlic - crushed | |
Mushrooms - sliced | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
Black olives - sliced | ||
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Basil |
Parmesean cheese - grated |
Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Add onion, garlic, seasonings and artichoke marinade. Sauteeon medium low heat for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. Add mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives and parmesan cheese and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
