1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |

2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Diced, peeled apple |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped nuts |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Baking Soda |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Flour |
For the Sauce | ||
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar (packed) |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Cup Butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Cup Cream |
Cake: Mix cake ingredients together and spread into 8x8 inch buttered pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325. Serve while warm. Sauce: Mix ingredients together, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Serve hot over warm cake.
