Apple Dum Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	198g / 7oz	Sugar
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter
1		Egg
2 cups	292g / 10oz	Diced, peeled apple
1/2 cup	73g / 2.6oz	Chopped nuts
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking Soda
1 cup	62g / 2.2oz	Flour
		For the Sauce
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Sugar
1/2 cup	80g / 2.8oz	Brown sugar (packed)
1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Cup Butter
1/2 cup	118ml	Cup Cream

Recipe Instructions

Cake: Mix cake ingredients together and spread into 8x8 inch buttered pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325. Serve while warm. Sauce: Mix ingredients together, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Serve hot over warm cake.
