Pasta Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 12 oz | 340g | Colored rotini pasta - cook/drain/cool |
| 8 oz | 227g | Feta cheese - chunked |
| 1 | Tomato - cut up | |
| 1 | Green pepper - cut up | |
| 1 | Red pepper - cut up | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onion - chopped |
| Dressing | ||
| 2/3 cup | 157ml | Olive oil |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Fresh basil - chopped -or- |
| 2 1/2 teaspoons | 12ml | Dried basil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried oregano |
| Salt and pepper - to taste |
Cook and drain pasta and allow to cool.
Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix. Toss in pasta and serve chilled.
