Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gColored rotini pasta - cook/drain/cool
8 oz 227gFeta cheese - chunked
1   Tomato - cut up
1   Green pepper - cut up
1   Red pepper - cut up
2 tablespoons 30mlGreen onion - chopped
  Dressing
2/3 cup 157mlOlive oil
3 tablespoons 45mlRed wine vinegar
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozFresh basil - chopped -or-
2 1/2 teaspoons 12mlDried basil
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano
  Salt and pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Cook and drain pasta and allow to cool.

Add all ingredients to a glass bowl and mix. Toss in pasta and serve chilled.
