Sauteeonion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and sautee1 minute. Add tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring. Add beans with their liquid and the water. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes, until soup thickens. Add sal t Add pasta and cook until al dente, according to package instructions.
