Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon 5mlOnion - peeled chopped (small)
4 tablespoons 60mlExtra virgin - olive oil
4   Garlic - peeled minced
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozCanned Italian tomatoes
10   Basil leaves - julienned
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped Italian parsley
3   Cannellini beans
1   Undrained
5 cups 1185mlWater
  Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz 113gTiny pasta shells

Recipe Instructions

Sauteeonion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and sautee1 minute. Add tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring.

Add beans with their liquid and the water.
