Tomato-Basil-Parmesan Bread Recipe - Cooking Index

1/4 cup | 59ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive Oil |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bread Flour |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Basil - dried |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Parmesan cheese - grated |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Sun-dried tomatoes - chopped |
Put the ingredients (except tomatoes) into the bread machine pan in the order suggested by your bread machine instructions (usually liquid first, then flour, then yeast). Use basic (white) bread cycle setting. Medium Crust. Add the tomatoes at the beep.
