Seedless citrus) | ||
1 oz | 28g | Best-quality balsamic vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sugar |
Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Peel and separate segments of clementines. In a mixing bowl, toss clementines, vinegar and sugar together and mix.
Divide among 4 martini glasses, careful to get all the vinegar out of the bowl. Crack fresh pepper over the top and serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings as dessert or fruit course.
