Haricots Verts With Shallot Herb Butter

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozHaricots verts - stem ends trimmed
6 tablespoons 90mlShallot Herb Butter - (see recipe)
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the haricots verts and cook until just tender, about 4 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.

Return the haricots verts to the pot and add the Shallot Herb Butter. Season with salt and pepper; cook over medium heat, tossing till warmed through, for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.

This recipe yields 8 servings.
