2 tablespoons 30mlChopped flat-leaf parsley
  Finely-chopped zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons 10mlFinely-minced garlic

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle atop osso buco as a garnish.

This recipe yields about 1/4 cup.
