Green Goddess Mayo Recipe - Cooking Index
This dressing is delicious. If you have any extra, use it in fish or chicken salad or serve it with cold meat.
Courses: Dips and Spreads, Sauces3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
2 | Scallions (3" of green left on) - thinly sliced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped flat-leaf parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh tarragon |
= (or 2 tspns dried tarragon) | ||
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Snipped fresh chives |
2 | Anchovy fillets - minced (optional) |
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate, covered, for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
This recipe yields 3/4 cup.
Per tablespoon (without anchovies): 100 calories, no carbohydrate, no protein, 11g fat, 5mg cholesterol.
