Berry Melons For Two Recipe - Cooking Index
In June, small Israeli and French Cavaillon melons are in season and not hard to find. And today, many ice cream companies make delicious fruit sorbets.

Halve the melon crosswise and discard the seeds. Slice a thin portion off the bottoms of each half so that the melon will stand upright.
Before serving, fill centers with small scoops of sorbet. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
