Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 237mlPlain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup 36g / 1.3ozDiced (1/4") hothouse (seedless) cucumber
1 tablespoon 15mlOrange zest
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlMinced garlic
1   Scallion - sliced thinly
1 teaspoon 5mlSnipped chives
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no longer than 3. Stir well before serving.

This recipe yields 1 cup.

Per 2 tablespoons: 32 calories, 3g carbohydrates, 2g protein, 2g fat, 0.3mg cholesterol.
