Remoulade Sauce

This is a great substitute for tartar sauce.

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup 177mlMayonnaise
2 teaspoons 10mlDijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlWhole-grain mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlTarragon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlTabasco sauce
2 teaspoons 10mlDrained tiny capers - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1   Scallion, 3" of green left on - very thinly sliced
  Salt - to taste
  Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Set aside, covered, in the refrigerator.

This recipe yields 1 cup (16 tablespoons).

Nutritional Analysis Per 1-tablespoon Serving: 80 calories, no carbohydrates, no protein, 8g fat, 10mg cholesterol.
