Soft Chocolate Swirl Ice Cream Recipe - Cooking Index
If you don't have any Atkins Endulge bars on hand, you can substitute with a quarter-cup sugar-free miniature chocolate chips.

| Serve Mix - (14 grams) | ||
| 2 1/4 cups | 533ml | Heavy cream - divided |
| 3/4 cup | 148g / 5.2oz | Egg whites |
| 4 | Endulge Chocolate Candy Bars (1.06 oz ea) - chopped |
In a medium bowl combine mix, 2 cups heavy cream and egg whites. With electric mixer on low speed, beat until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat until slightly increased in bulk, about 2 minutes.
Pour ice cream mix into ice cream maker. Process according to manufacturer's directions.
Heat remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream and Endulge bars over moderate heat, stirring often until chocolate melted and mixture is smooth; set aside to cool 10 minutes.
Place one-half of ice cream into a shallow container. Drizzle one-half of the chocolate mixture over ice cream. Drag a knife through the chocolate and ice cream in a zigzag pattern to swirl. (Be careful not to over mix.) Repeat with remaining ice cream and chocolate. Chill 1 hour.
