1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup |
8 | Atkins Vanilla Shake mix | |

Fresh raspberries or strawberries - for garnish |
Combine all ingredients (except berries) in a large bowl. Gently whisk until well mixed and dry ingredients are dissolved. Continue whisking until firm, but not stiff. (Mixture thickens quickly: do not over-whisk).
Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Spoon into dessert bowls and garnish with a few berries.
