Grilled Pineapple Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 | Unsalted butter | |

1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cinnamon |
Prepare a medium grill. Cut pineapple into 1-inch thick rings. In a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Mix in sugar substitute and cinnamon. Brush pineapple rings with mixture.
Grill pineapple rings 5 to 7 minutes per side until nicely browned.
