Double Berry Ice Pops Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 474ml | Unsweetened frozen blueberries - thawed |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
| 1/2 cup | 164g / 5.8oz | Atkins Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated orange rind |
Process blueberries, water, syrup and rind in blender until smooth. Pour into plastic ice pop molds. Freeze until solid, about 3 hours.
