Cranberry-Raspberry Gelatin Dessert

2   Unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup 118mlWater
2 cups 474mlLight Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozAtkins Sugar-Free Raspberry or
  Strawberry Syrup
2 teaspoons 10mlFresh lemon juice

Recipe Instructions

Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.

Add cranberry juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.

Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours.

This recipe yields 6 servings.
