Cranberry-Raspberry Gelatin Dessert Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Unflavored gelatin | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Light Cranberry Juice Cocktail |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Atkins Sugar-Free Raspberry or |
| Strawberry Syrup | ||
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Place gelatin in a large bowl. Bring water to a boil. Pour water over gelatin; stir until dissolved.
Add cranberry juice, Atkins syrup, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Divide mixture in 6 dessert glasses. Chill until gelled, about 3 hours.
