Chocolate Buttercream Recipe - Cooking Index
2 oz | 56g | Unsweetened chocolate - melted, cooled |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Heavy cream |
8 tablespoons | 120ml | Unsalted butter - (1 stick) - softened |
6 | Sugar substitute | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chocolate extract |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Vanilla extract |
In a large mixing bowl, gradually whisk cream into melted chocolate.
With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat in butter, sugar substitute, cocoa powder, and chocolate and vanilla extracts. Beat until smooth and fluffy.
