Atkins Coffee Frappe Recipe - Cooking Index
This thick, frozen treat can almost be eaten with a spoon.

3 tablespoons | 45ml | Atkins Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Chilled extra-strong decaffeinated coffee |
2 | Atkins Vanilla Shake Mix | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Heavy cream |
Place ice in a blender and crush well. Add syrup, coffee and shake mix. Blend on high speed until smooth, then add cream and blend just until incorporated. This recipe yields 2 servings.
