Baked Pizza Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
Serve with pork rinds.
Courses: Dips and Spreads8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Italian seasoning |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
8 oz | 227g | Shredded mozzerella cheese - divided |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pizza sauce = (lowest carb count you can find) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped red pepper |
Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended.
Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1 cup of the mozzerella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining 1 cup of mozzerella cheese and then the peppers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted.
