1 oz | 28g | Green olives - pitted and chopped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Coriander - chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped mint - plus |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chopped mint |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil - plus |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
