Cut snow peas on diagonal into long thin slices.
Blanch snow peas 30 seconds in a large pot of lightly salted water. Drain in a colander. Rinse under cold water. Drain well; transfer to a bowl. Toss snow peas with oil, soy sauce, green onion, and sesame seeds.
