Roasted Green And Wax Beans Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Green beans |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Wax beans |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crumbled thyme leaves |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Crumbled marjoram or oregano leaves |
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss beans with oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly coated.
Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice for even browning.
