Roasted Green And Wax Beans

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozWax beans
1 tablespoon 15mlOlive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlKosher salt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCrumbled thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCrumbled marjoram or oregano leaves

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Trim beans. In a jelly-roll pan toss beans with oil, salt, thyme and marjoram until evenly coated.

Roast 20 minutes, turning beans once or twice for even browning.
