1/3 lb | 151g / 5.3oz | Green beans - cut 2" pieces |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 | Sugar substitute | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried tarragon |
Cook green beans in a large pot of lightly salted water 3 to 4 minutes, until crisp-tender. Add snow peas during the last minute of cooking time. Drain and return to pot.
Mix in oil, vinegar, salt, sugar substitute and tarragon. Toss to coat vegetables evenly.
